How the Guarantee Works
Who is eligible for the guarantee?
All clients with an active ANSUNCO service agreement where ANSUNCO has been appointed as the primary sourcing and quality control manager, and where pre-shipment inspection has been conducted.
What is the claims process?
Submit a written claim within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence and reference to the agreed specification. Our team investigates and provides a resolution within 5 business days.
What is covered by the quality guarantee?
Defects deviating from agreed written specifications, material substitutions not approved by the client, undisclosed packaging changes, and quality issues our pre-shipment team should reasonably have identified.
What is not covered?
Quality issues from buyer-approved samples accepted as production standard; issues caused by buyer's own handling; minor variations within agreed tolerances.
How is compensation determined?
Based on the actual cost of remedy: rework, replacement production, expedited freight, or refund of the defective portion's invoice value.
